Atlantic Beach, NY is easily accessible by car. Visitors driving from NYC can cross the Atlantic Beach Bridge. A toll is charged for both ways in and out of Atlantic Beach. Drivers who wish to avoid the toll will need to cross the Long Beach Bridge on the other side of the island. Both Uber and Lyft operate in the area and are easily accessible.

By Bicycle or Foot

There is a bike and pedestrian lane on the Atlantic Beach bridge. The walk is approximately 4.3 miles from the five-towns (center of Woodmere) to the center of Atlantic Beach.

By Bus

The Nassau Inter-County Express N33 bus line services Atlantic Beach, with service from the Mott Av A train station in Far Rockaway, all the way to the Long Beach train station. The bus stops every few blocks on Park St within Atlantic Beach. The fare is $2.75, with passes and senior citizen discounts available.
